Release of Liability
In the process of moving a hot tub there is stress placed on the spa due to lifting, shifting of weight, vibration and other normally occurring events that take place. These forces can cause plumbing leaks, cracks in the spa’s surface, damage to the exterior cabinet, etc.
Mountain Hot Tub does not accept responsibility for this type of damage to the hot tub caused by the moving process.
The use of equipment, including (but not limited to) trailers, trucks, spa carts, spa jacks, spa sleds, and other equipment, can result in damage to landscaping (including but not limited to lawn, trees and bushes), sprinkler heads, sprinkler lines, decking, fencing, siding, concrete, pavers, decking and other home and landscaping elements. By signing this document, you are waiving the liability of Mountain Hot Tub in perpetuity, even if not noted the date the spa move takes place, for all possible damages to the property related to the spa move. You are hereby signing and dating this document of your own freewill and with the understanding of its legal ramifications. You are also acknowledging that this release of liability applies to all titled current and future homeowners and entities with legal standing to represent the above listed property/properties.
Electrical Work
Mountain Hot Tub cannot perform any electrical work other than hooking up a spa to the correct electrical wiring that is already provided and properly connected to a GFCI Disconnect box. We do NOT remove or install wiring or subpanels or breakers.
